Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions: In these terms and conditions, “Seller” refers to the party selling the goods, and “Buyer” refers to the party purchasing the goods. “Goods” refers to the products or items the Seller sells.
  2. Orders: All orders for Goods must be submitted in writing and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order, in whole or in part.
  3. Prices and Payment: All prices are quoted in the currency specified by the Seller and are subject to change without notice. Payment for Goods must be made in full before delivery unless the Seller agrees otherwise in writing. The Seller may charge interest on overdue amounts at 24% per annum.
  4. Delivery: Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone can receive the delivery. The Seller will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Goods within the agreed timeframe but is not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the delivery process. Should the Buyer not receive the goods on the first attempt and the Seller must return a second time, the cost for this will be for the Buyer.
  5. Title and Risk: Title to the Goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivery, subject to payment in full. Risk in the Goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivery, even if the title has not yet passed.
  6. Warranties and Returns: The Seller warrants that the Goods will be free from defects in materials and craft for 12 months from the delivery date. If the Buyer discovers any defects in the Goods during this period, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller in writing. The Seller’s liability for any defective Goods will be limited to the replacement or repair of the Goods, or a refund of the purchase price, at the Seller’s discretion. The warranty includes no labour or shipping costs, and this is for the Buyer’s account.
  7. Limitation of Liability: The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the Goods, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Seller’s liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of the Goods will be limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of The Republic of South Africa.
  9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between the Seller and the Buyer concerning the sale of the Goods and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. These terms and conditions may not be amended except in writing, signed by both parties.
